Please complete this form no later than 1 day prior to your scheduled course starting date. You are required to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your seat for your course. Failure to submit a deposit may result in your seat being filled. Deposit can be mailed in the form of a cashier’s check or money order to SPSTI, 4818 IH10 East, San Antonio, TX 78219 - or paid via credit card through www.paypal.com by clicking the link below. Do not mail cash or personal checks! All classes start at 8am unless stated otherwise. Arrive for your class at least 15 minutes early on the first day in order to complete registration prior to class start time.
